Genesis: Chapter 1, verse 3: “Let there be light”. This is the conceptual charge enclosed in the lamp 113. A cold and big isosceles pyramid that fills the space of serenity. It does not use cables and it is energetically self-sufficient. Its energy is generated and stored inside after contact with a person. Each user produces the light they want by engaging with the internal dynamo. The concept of the creation of light has influenced the aesthetics of the product. When the lamp is turn off, it represents nothingness. It is completely black and seems to hide a secret. But when it is turned on, the darkness fades to welcome light, in a visual and conceptual game that recommences the sensation of the environment. It is an interactive piece, a transition from the opposites. The atmosphere that accompanies it, envelops it and cohabits, is as important as the product itself. Because in these times, the correct usability is not sufficient enough to guarantee the purchase decision. It is essential, but not decisive. Objects can cause pleasure subconsciously, due to the texture, color, smell, sound or meaning. Is it an artistic piece or a functional object? That is what matters least.
