INTRODUCTION

This is a secure and reliable website.

This website serves as an online portfolio and a digital compilation with no commercial intent. It is a space for reflection and showcasing skills in the field of graphic design. No products or services are sold, no personal data is stored or commercialized, no real campaigns are displayed, and no economic activities of any kind are conducted. Your privacy is important to me. Therefore, unlike the vast majority of websites, this site does NOT use any external data analytics or tracking programs to monitor the devices that visit this site. This is primarily because it is not within my scope or interest, and there is no need to do so. This document explains the only data that might be collected, how it may be used, and for what purpose, among other details:

  • Personal information will never be requested unless you voluntarily submit your details and express your desire to be contacted after agreeing to this privacy policy.
  • The only communication and data transfer system is the contact form. The only personal data that could be stored are those you voluntarily provide, including your email address and the attached message. These data could be securely stored with the hosting provider described in the “Terms of Use”.
  • Your name or phone number are not strictly necessary for responding, and are not mandatory. If you voluntarily include them, such data will also be recorded within the internal message you send. Personal information will never be shared with anyone, except in cases where required by law or with your prior express consent.
  • Your data will never be used to send you advertising or marketing campaigns from me or third parties. The only use of your personal data will be to respond to your previous inquiries, and only for the duration of the interaction. This website has no interest in offering newsletter subscriptions, webinars, blogs, email marketing, social media links, online comments, or content downloads.
  • Your personal data will never be used for any purpose other than those stated in this privacy policy.
  • If you accept the temporary cookie form, the record of such acceptance (but not the cookies themselves) may be securely stored with the current hosting provider. Please refer to the “Right to be Forgotten” section for details on how to withdraw consent.
